Where It All Began
Hi, I’m Aman Bhatia. I come from a humble background in India. I wasn’t the brightest in the classroom, but I had a natural gift for connecting with people, reading situations, and solving real problems. That’s where my sales journey started: not with a pitch, but with people.
Over the years, I’ve worked hard to create a life built on confidence, communication, and growth. My path wasn’t linear — it was lived, learned, and earned.
My career began at Genpact, where I quickly discovered I had a knack for outperforming targets and outpacing expectations. That momentum carried into American Express India, where I became one of the top-performing reps in the region.

Journey To Sales Mastery
When I moved to Canada, I shifted into retail - selling furniture, appliances, and electronics. Again, I rose to the top, not by memorizing sales scripts, but by learning how to read people and connect deeply.
Most recently, I’ve spent the last five years in the automotive space, selling Ford vehicles and consistently ranking among the top performers nationwide. Along the way, I had the chance to support co-workers, helping them boost their performance and build their confidence. That’s when I realized something powerful.
Everyone’s got a closer in them. You don’t need to be born with it — just someone to bring it out.
