At The Closing King, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching experiences and digital resources. Due to the nature of our services, please review our refund policy below:
Coaching Sessions (1:1 and Team)
All coaching sessions — whether 1:1 or group-based — are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed. Our time, preparation, and personalized strategy are dedicated to each session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting that session, as time has already been allocated for your appointment.
Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, Workshops)
All sales of digital content — including courses, eBooks, recorded workshops, and downloadable materials — are final. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered in exceptional situations (e.g., duplicate purchases or technical access issues) at the sole discretion of The Closing King. Requests must be submitted to info@theclosingking.com within 7 days of purchase.
Third-party Payment Platforms
Payments are processed securely through platforms like Stripe or PayPal. Our refund policy applies regardless of external platform terms.
